Managing shipments online with ‘My CMA CGM’

With the recent launch of its revamped e-business platform, My CMA CGM, customers can now manage their shipments remotely. Getting an instant quote, making bookings online, retrieving and transferring bills of lading, tracking shipments, and accessing e-invoices can all be done at their convenience, even at the comfort of their own homes at current times. Customers can enjoy a fully digital experience when they conduct business with the Group’s carrier brands while reducing their carbon footprint at the same time.

One of the key features of My CMA CGM is the availability to access invoices online. Customers have clear visibility and real-time tracking of their invoices, ensuring no delay in payments and minimize unnecessary disputes. Should the customer require a paper invoice, from 15 July 2020 onwards, their delivery can still be arranged at a small administrative fee.

Meeting customers’ specific shipping needs with Food Grade Containers

With food grade containers, customers can be assured of good sanitary conditions of these containers in which their cargo will be loaded.

Even if customers’ cargo may not necessarily require such stringent sanitary conditions, customers who want to be extra careful can request food grade containers at a nominal fee.

As customers’ needs evolved, the CMA CGM Group has illustrated that it is at the forefront of this shipping transformation and will be ready to support its customers’ shipping needs.
