CMA CGM has announced the new NC LEVANT service to provide its customers with improved reliability and better service. In addition, new features of the NC LEVANT will include better coverage of the region thanks to CMA CGM’s recent investment in Egypt in Alexandria’s Trans Misr Terminal (TMT).

El Dekheila, Port Said East/West will be served via Damietta with CMA CGM’s SSL MED feeders’ weekly departures. In the UK, the Southampton call will be replaced by Felixstowe. In addition, a Northbound call in Malta will be added to the rotation to enhance Mediterranean to North Europe coverage, allowing better connections from West Mediterranean, North Africa and Adriatic ports to North Europe.

The port rotation is as follows:

Felixstowe – Hamburg – Rotterdam – Antwerp – Le Havre – Malta – Alexandria – Damietta – Beirut – Iskenderun – Mersin – Malta – Tanger – Felixstowe
