CEVA Logistics has announced the full acquisition of Horoz Bolloré Logistics, strengthening its presence in Turkey. The joint venture, which was formed in 2000 by Bolloré Logistics and Horoz Logistics, has now been fully acquired by Bolloré Logistics and will be integrated into CEVA Logistics’ existing operations in Turkey.

The integration of Horoz Bolloré Logistics into CEVA Logistics is expected to enhance the company’s service offerings in Turkey, particularly in the areas of air and ocean capabilities. This move will provide a more comprehensive range of international logistics solutions, leveraging the combined expertise and resources of both organizations.

“We are confident that the integration of Horoz Bolloré Logistics into CEVA Logistics will enable us to provide even more agile, flexible, and customer-centric logistics solutions,” said a representative from CEVA Logistics.

This acquisition marks a significant step for CEVA Logistics in expanding its presence and strengthening its operations in Turkey, further solidifying its position in the international logistics industry.
