The 11th Indian Ocean Ports and Logistics 2017 Exhibition and Conference will take place in Madagascar at the luxurious 5 star Hotel Carlton in Antananarivo from Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 March. The event is honoured to be hosted by the Port Authority of Toamasina (SPAT) and fully supported by Madagascar International Container Terminal Services Limited (MICTSL).
