Wilhelmsen Ships Service (Thailand) Limited (WSSTH) recently celebrated their 30th Anniversary on the 8th of November 2018. In celebration, a cocktail party was held at the Norwegian Ambassador’s Residence in Bangkok. More than 80 guests and WSSTH colleagues joined for this exclusive event.

WSSTH is a joint venture company, who’s partners are the Wilhelmsen Group, the world’s largest maritime services company who have been over 157 years, and the Double A Group. A leading paper manufacturing and power generation company with interests spanning a number of countries.

Mr. Kritpetch Chaichuay, Deputy Director General, The Maritime Department of Thailand spoke on behalf of the Marine Department, and the Thailand Government. He thanked WSSTH for its contribution and active participation in Marine Industry improvement discussions and projects. He went on to say that WSSTH is considered a key stakeholder in Thailand’s Maritime Industry.

Mr. Nigel Goode, Managing Director of WSSTH said, “It’s an honor and a privilege to be at the helm of WSSTH in our 30th year of operation. I’d like to thank everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to join our celebration. We were so fortunate to be able to hold the Cocktail Party in such a beautiful and unique setting. Thank you so much to Mrs. Ambassador for hosting us. Thank you also to all of our customers, business partners, the Thailand government and of course my team for making WSSTH such a success.”
