One of the Americas leading contract logistics companies, DHL Supply Chain has launched their latest customer technology platform, MySupplyChain.

This new easy-to-use platform provides integration of data from DHL Supply Chain applications, giving customers complete supply chain visibility that is accessible online anywhere at any time via a single login.

North American customers will get access to the platform in June while further regional rollouts are planned throughout the remainder of the year. The platform allows access from any desktop or mobile device and provides the following, track-and-trace data, inventory, operational performance and reporting, business analytics and customer service.

Users now have the advantage of receiving end-to-end visibility of global supply chain operations – from shipments entering the warehouse to final delivery. With these new insights customers can drive continuous improvement and a competitive advantage.

DHL Supply Chain North America CIO, Sally Miller said, “Through MySupplyChain, DHL Supply Chain is helping customers successfully manage the complexity and maximize the efficiency of supply chain operations,”

She further added, “Users will no longer have to access and interpret disparate systems to navigate their supply chain demands and analytics. Rather, this platform provides the whole picture, enabling customers to be agile and flexible.”

MySupplyChain is another key element of the company’s supply chain digitalization strategy, allowing customers to benefit from the end-to-end supply chain visibility the platform provides.

The pilot of the platform began early this year and is currently in use by close to 500 users across more than 30 customer accounts.

According to DHL Supply Chain, the platform will continue to evolve with further technology being integrated along with customer personalization capabilities and a whole lot more.
