Kuehne + Nagel recently announced at the Trans-Pacific Maritime Annual Conference the launch of their new supply chain management platform, KN ESP. This new digital platform will allow their customers to manage, connect and collaborate their digital and physical supply chains from origin and sourcing to final delivery.
KN ESP will offer modular infrastructure and architecture to connect global customers in the supply chain sector with their buyers, sellers and vendors and give them access to the physical assets, experts and cargo flows of Kuehne + Nagel.
Using artificial intelligence and predictive analytics this new platform can prioritize and optimize transportation for all orders due to a defined set of business rules, service options and costs for their customers.
Benefits of the new KN ESP platform will include, product availability and supplier reliability due to the new controls over the complete product lifecycle, from sourcing, purchase order management, quality control, invoicing, consolidation for the buyer and transportation with final delivery.
