On 18 November 2017, APL gathered 45 employees in Klongklone, Samutsongkram for a meaningful cause – mangrove restoration. Its first mangrove planting activity in Thailand, this “Seed today. Life tomorrow” initiative stems from APL’s commitment towards environmental protection.
That day, some 225 seedlings were planted within the reforested Klong Klone mangrove that is being revitalized. There has been on-going efforts to preserve the coastal ecosystem and marine animals that the local community relies on for food and their livelihoods.
