Kale Logistics Solutions has expanded its footprint by relocating to a bigger and spacious corporate office in Thane, India. In a statement the company said that this relocation is the latest step in their ongoing strategy to enhance their operations and serve the growing needs of their expanding client network.

The new facility accommodates core operation teams and is designed with futuristic and modern approaches to creating a conducive workplace. It has several open spaces to ensure freedom of creativity and encourages free thinking and has a mini employee rejuvenation lounge to encourage and promote work-life balance. It also has creatively themed conference rooms and brainstorming areas to promote inter-organizational communication for healthy team building and better strategizing within the organization. The new office accommodates more than 200 employees from various departments.

Speaking about the new set up, Rajesh Panicker, COO, Kale Logistics Solutions says, “relocating to a bigger office space was imperative. We had outgrown our existing office space and this move was a progressive development for us as we are expanding our team to accommodate the growing business and optimizing our existing operations. Our client base is expanding phenomenally. From Europe to Africa to Middle east, we are establishing business networks, partners and esteemed clients across the length and breadth of the globe. It was thus crucial for us to shift to a bigger location and expand our team size and ensure that work place is conducive to efficient work. We are glad that we could shift in the new office on time without any major disturbances in operations. We continue to serve our esteemed clients and partners with the same energy and zeal as before”
