Titan-VNS Auto Logistics Co. Ltd. (“Titan-VNS”) is completing the 2017 update of ISO 9001:2015 international quality management standards certification. At the same time they are activating a comprehensive new training programme that will increase the number of qualified internal auditors.

Titan-VNS first achieved ISO certification with the ISO 9001:2008 standard four years ago and then updated to the new version ISO 9001:2015 last year.

According to ISO (International Organization for Standardization): “ISO 9001 helps organizations demonstrate to customers that they can offer products and services of consistently good quality. It also acts as a tool to streamline their processes and make them more efficient at what they do.”

Titan-VNS has increased the number of staff integrated into the ISO processes as well as creating additional internal auditors through a new training programme which started in July. At the same time, it will improve the skills of the existing internal auditors and that will insure they are fully optimized to meet ISO 9001:2015.

The three phase training programme comprises of “Quality Management Principles and Guidelines for Business Benefits”, “PDCA (plan–do–check–act)” and “Process Approach for Advance Internal Audit”. Each segment is being managed by highly experienced external trainers.

The training programme not only allows existing staff committed to the ISO programmes at Titan-VNS to refresh and update their knowledge base but to bring further management and staff from each department into the process.

Mr. Bordin Tanthaphaiboon, President of Titan-VNS Auto Logistics Co. Ltd. said: “For the Company, adhering to world class compliance standards is of the utmost strategic importance and reflects that we want to benchmark ourselves against the highest international standards as we go forward for the benefit, value and confidence of our customers. Our sector is all about gaining trust and total reliability and I think we can say we have the box checked off.”
