Bangkok Barge Terminal (BBT) Officially Opens ICD Terminal

Bangkok Barge Terminal (BBT), the river barge terminal joint venture between MOL and Sahathai Terminal, has been authorized by the Thai Customs Department to operate an Inland Container Depot (ICD), starting from July 21, 2017.

With this approval, BBT has now officially opened the first ever ICD river terminal which provides container transportation via barge in Thailand. Customers have the added benefit of being able to process customs clearance conveniently at the new ICD.

BBT is easily accessible from Bangkok and provincial cities which allows customers the ability to easily drop off and pick up their containers. Customers can rest assured they’re receiving the best service possible, backed with a wealth of experience and expertise that MOL and Sahathai Terminals can provide.
