CEA Project Logistics recently carried out the transportation of 71 pieces of Breakbulk and Out Of Gauge (OOG) cargo from a steel fabrication plant in Chonburi, Thailand to Laem Chabang port for loading and export.

The first day of the transportation project began with the loading of trailers of both OOG and regular Breakbulk cargo. The convoy of trucks and trailers then left the fabrication plant to make the 25km journey to Laem Chabang Port, a Police Escort and a CEA Escort Vehicle were in attendance to ensure a safe transportation throughout the project. The convoy arrived at the port and parked overnight in the CEA Free Trade Zone until the next morning when Vessel operations would commence.

The following day, the convoy left the CEA Free Trade Zone and made the short journey to Laem Chabang Port C-0. The vessel was berthed, loaded, and the final convoy of trucks and trailers left the steel fabrication plant and headed again to Laem Chabang Port.
