The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group has extended its logistics contract with Kuehne + Nagel Sweden for a further five years.

Kuehne + Nagel has been managing the warehouse logistics for the Nordic markets of the Bosch Power Tools Division since 2013. The service scope includes the receipt of goods, put-away and storage, pick and pack, dispatch, returns handling and scrapping of products out of the Kuehne + Nagel warehouse in Norrköping. Additionally, Kuehne + Nagel is in charge of re-work and labelling, inventory management and special quality checks.

“Over the last three years, Kuehne + Nagel has delivered robust and consistently high service quality solutions. Bosch needs this reliable service to ensure that planning and execution is done in the most efficient way possible. We are confident that this collaboration will continue to support our growth ambitions over the next years”, comments Hanns Melo-Scheu, Regional Warehousing and Transport, Bosch Power Tools Division.

Håkan Nydén, Head of Contract Logistics Nordics at Kuehne + Nagel, said: “We are pleased to prolong this successful partnership with the Bosch Power Tools Division which underlines our expertise in warehouse logistics. We are focused on adding value to Bosch’s supply chain by providing a consistent high quality service that best suits their requirements.”
