LINE boasts the top share in Thailand’s messaging tool market, with over 80% of smartphone users in Thailand utilizing the application. Tapping into this significant user base, transcosmos is utilizing this tool to interact between their business and consumers. They’ve recently launched omni-channel support in Thailand that allows them to liaise with customers more fluidly.
transcosmos was among the first to develop a platform that utilizes LINE Business Connect, that allows business to run one-to-one marketing campaigns. Leveraging their knowledge of the system, they have continueed to support client companies’ sales and marketing initiatives as well as their customer support services. To use the new service, users need a license for “Oracle Service Cloud”, the Cross-Channel Contact Center platform which supports customer service.
