Sri Trang Logistic recently took delivery of four Konecrane reach stackers. They have been a container seaport operator in Kantang, Trang Province, for almost a decade, and recently began a railway container yard operation in Thung Song, Nakon Sri Thamarat.

The four reach stackers, model SMV 4531 TC5, will begin working at the both port in Kantang and Thung Song and will primarily assist with container lifting. Rubber is typically transported in baled sheets and then containerized or as liquid latex transported in containerized tanks.

Jeffrey Foo, Regional Sales Manager says, “Sri Trang is a comprehensive-player in the logistic market, and we are thrilled that our machines will further enhance their trade and logistical strength in the region. Our new state of the art C-model reach stacker backed with our after sales support proved to offer best values for this prestige customer”

Mr. Apichart Parnitchkul, CEO of Sri Trang Logistic said, “If you produce and transport some of the highest volumes of natural rubber in the world, you need best-in-class machines and partners to do that successfully and consistently”. Mr. Atthapon Mebusaya, Maintenance and Procurement Manager and Mr. Tossaporn Mebusaya, Operation Development and Corporate Strategy Manager added “one of our main criteria to choose the supplier was the service capabilities and we are very confident with Konecranes after sales set-up”.
