CEA Projects Officially Opens Vietnam Office

CEA Projects Vietnam have officially announced their office located in Ho Chi Minh City.

Even before their venture into Myanmar in 2013, CEA was in the midst of researching the possibilities of opening a logistics base in Vietnam, but in the end decided the time wasn’t right to expand east. Now just a few years later, Vietnam’s logistics infrastructure is set to surpass that of Thailand as Vietnam becomes even more accommodating to foreign companies and investment than its ASEAN neighbors. The country’s geographical location and long coastline makes it particularly advantageous with access to the world’s major seaborne trade routes.

After a year of planning and preparation in country, CEA decided to open up shop in Ho Chi Minh City. Brett Malcolm is the Director of CEA Vietnam, and has over 25 years’ experience in the logistics sectors including 16 years in Vietnam. As the biggest city in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City is considered to be the epicenter for business in the country and was the ideal choice for CEA to establish a base of operations in country to service current and future clients across the region.

The new office is 20 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and only a couple minutes from downtown Ho Chi Minh City.
