Recently, WICE Logistics’ executive board and employees held an annual event under the name ‘Share & Care Society’ for Children’s Day, led by CEO Araya Kongsoonthorn.
The event was held in the morning of January 8 at a child development center, which takes care of and supports young children in underprivileged families. The center currently takes care of around 40-50 children. The event began with serving breakfast, playing games and handing out presents, with the intention of bringing smiles to the children’s faces. Later, the WICE Logistics team went to Wat Chongnonsri School in Yanawa, where they were joined by students in the elementary school years of 1-6. The team donated stationery and sports equipment.
On Saturday 9 January, National Children’s Day, the board of executives and employees travelled to Ban Sub Tai School, Nakhon Ratchasima, to donate funds and stationery, in addition to serving lunch. The school, located in Amphur See-Khiw, is attended by over 200 children from poor backgrounds. The aim of the event is to bring smiles to the faces of the children and their families.
WICE Logistics hopes that these events can make a huge difference to the lives of these children and help build a better future for them to grow into.
